Our ‘pick-and-choose’ approach provides cost-effective options that allow you to pick and choose exactly what you need while keeping your budget in mind.

You can even wait until closer to your event date to decide!

All set-up packages include pre-wedding meetings, site visit, travel costs, rehearsal (as schedule allows) and your own dedicated team provided by Day of Details.

Multi-service bookings are also eligible for an 18% discount.*

  • Ceremony Set-Up

    From setting up chairs, to your alter, let our team help set up your ceremony site, while you and your family get ready for your special day.

    Service packages range from 30 guests or less to 200+.

  • Reception Set-Up

    While you get your photos taken and your guests enjoy cocktail hour, our team sets up your reception to your specifications including centerpieces, cake tables, and welcome tables.

  • Ceremony Coordination

    If you need a little extra help to kick off your day right, our experienced team can help you bring your ceremony vision to life. From coordinating music to aisle entrances, just leave it to us.

  • Reception Coordination

    Leave it to us to welcome guests, manage vendors, and ensure timing runs smoothly for your reception. Lean back and relax. It’s your party; you can dance if you want to!

  • Day-Of Pick-Ups

    We know you and your guests are going to be busy getting ready before all the festivities begin. Day of Details can offer to pick up your day-of essentials, such as florals or cakes so that you don’t need to worry about them making them to your venue.

  • Take-Down

    Wrapping up at the end of the night is always a party-killer. So why not have our team look after packing things up for you while you enjoy things up until the very last minute.
